2013 will be a big year of new projects coming online in downtown Cleveland.
It's also an election year for the mayor and the first full year of the vitally important school transformation plan.
And the first big story of the year is likely to be the investigative findings on last November's police chase and shooting of two possibly unarmed subjects.
What does Mayor Jackson expect the findings to show?
Why does he want future police shooting investigations done by an outside agency?

How will the Mayor keep all players focused to make sure its promises are delivered ?
Mayor Jackson will be running for his third term. Third terms have not been kind to some past Cleveland mayors. Is he worried about staying too long?
There are no strong challengers on the horizon. Does he believe the people of Cleveland should have a competitive mayor's race?.
How does he think the Convention Center/Medical Mart, Flats East Bank and first new Innerbelt bridge will enhance the city and its economy and quality of life?
What is the city's financial outlook with more state budget cuts coming?
What are his thoughts about the possibility of Cleveland becoming the biggest U.S. city without a daily newspapers?
Does he believe their should be a campaign to preserve a 7-day a week paper?
Tom Beres and Plain Dealer columnists Mark Naymik and Joe Frolik discuss these issues with Mayor Frank Jackson on this edition of Between the Lines.
