Akron: Beasley testifies in Craigslist trial

AKRON -- The prosecution has rested its case in the trial of a man accused of using a phony job ad on Craigslist to lure victims to their deaths.

Richard Beasley, 53, then took the stand in an Akron courtroom and testified in his own defense.  He is being tried for the murders of three men.

His defense team argues there isn't enough evidence to convict Beasley.

A teenage co-defendant, Brogan Rafferty, has already been convicted and sentenced to life in prison.

Beasley could face the death penalty if convicted.
