BELLVILLE -- The pictures tell the story.
One of Ohio's hardest hit areas from this week's rain is in Richland County.
The village of Bellville, just 10 miles south of Mansfield near I-71, experienced high water in several spots.

WKYC crews are in Bellville covering the situation.
Roadways near the Black Fork River were flooded when water rose above the banks. As a result, some streets were temporarily closed.
A driveway leading back to a small housing complex was also completely washed away.

As of 10:30 a.m. the water appeared to be receding.
The American Red Cross released a statement saying it is responding to the area to assist.
"Residents throughout Bellville, Ohio are reporting home flooding and therefore the Red Cross will be distributing between 50 to 60 clean-up kits to area residences," the Red Cross stated. "The American Red Cross will continue to keep the communities in Richland County informed regarding the ongoing response."
The Red Cross also plans to open a reception center / shelter in the event the rains continue.
