RAVENNA -- Ravenna Police are investigating after a woman said she was attacked inside a vocational school building.
Police were called to Fortis College on Enterprise Parkway just before 6:30 a.m. for reports of a burglary. When they arrived they talked to a female employee of the school who said she had been attacked and that a small fire has been set in a hallway.
The victim ran to a neighboring healthcare building for help. Her injuries, including burns, according to a police release, are not believed to be life threatening.
Police say the workers from the healthcare building put out the fire before officers arrived.
According to police, a check of the school building and grounds did not turn up any other persons.
The incident is under investigation. The school canceled classes for the day.
