Sept. 9, 2013: Michael Madison appears in court for a pre-trial hearing wearing civilian clothes.
EAST CLEVELAND -- He was back in court for another pre-trial hearing -- but this time, Michael Madison wasn't dressed like an inmate.
Madison, who is accused in three East Cleveland murders, was previously granted a request he be permitted to wear civilian clothes at future court proceedings.
During the hearing, Madison said few words, only speaking when addressed by the judge.
Madison, 35, is accused of killing three women -- Shetisha Sheeley, Angela H. Deskins and Shirellda Terry -- whose bodies were found in July wrapped in plastic within the same East Cleveland neighborhood.

It's still undetermined if prosecutors will pursue the death penalty.
A capital review committee will be reviewing the case soon.
The judge scheduled another pre-trial hearing for Friday, Oct. 4 at 9 a.m.
Madison, who waived his right to a speedy trial, faces multiple charges, including aggravated murder, kidnapping and gross abuse of a corpse.
He has pleaded not guilty.
Madison's case is expected to go trial on Feb. 28, 2014.
He remains jailed on $6 million bond.
