CLEVELAND -- Under sunny skies and average temperatures, more than 7,000 participated in the annual Turkey Trot in downtown Cleveland.

The trot stepped off at The Galleria on East Ninth Street.

The motto for today's race? Unleash your inner turkey.

There was a one-mile option and a 5-mile option.

Watch while preparations were being made and runners were signing up and then the Turkey Trot itself..
