FirstEnergy: About 13,000 still without power

FirstEnergy crews are still working to restore power to nearly 13,000 people in Northeast Ohio following Superstorm Sandy.

FirstEnergy has released estimated times for when communities impacted by Superstorm Sandy will have power restored.  The company says that many customers in these cities will be restored well before the times listed.
