WKYC Web StaffCLEVELAND -- The Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner has positively identified the remains found in a trash processing facility on Monday as those of 3-year-old Emilliano Terry.
The medical examiner says the identification was made using DNA testing.
The cause and manner of death are still being investigated and will be released when tests are completed.
Emilliano's mother, Camilia Terry, 20, is being held on a charge of aggravated murder in the boy's death. A judge has set her bail at $2 million and ordered her to have no contact with her other children.
Camilia Terry reported Emilliano missing from a park on Sunday. The search and subsequent interviews with Terry led police to the trash processing facility outside Cleveland where the boy's body was found wrapped in trash bags.
