CLEVELAND -- The Browns are preparing to interview Oregon coach Chip Kelly.

Kelly is coming off last night's 35-17 win over Kansas State in the Fiesta Bowl.

Following the game, Kelly openly talked about plans to meet with some NFL teams. Besides the Browns, the Eagles and Bills are reportedly interested in Kelly. He described the meetings as an attempt to gather facts and left open the possibility of remaining with Oregon and not making the jump to the NFL at all.

Kelly is rumored to be the top choice of new Browns owner Jimmy Haslam and new CEO Joe Banner.

Kelly says he hopes to wrap up the process of meeting with NFL teams and make his decision "quickly."

Haslam and Banner have also talked to Penn State's Bill O'Brien. He has elected to stay at PSU.

Other prospects interviewed by the Browns have included Syracuse coach Doug Marrone and former Arizona Cardinals coach Ken Whisenhunt.
