CLEVELAND -- Friends and family members of Aliza Sherman have partnered with Crime Stoppers to offer a $25,000 reward for information that leads to an arrest.
A rally was held downtown Tuesday morning near the site where Aliza Sherman, 53, a fertility nurse, was murdered last month.
Sherman, 53, was attacked just outside her divorce attorney's office. She died after being stabbed 11 times. The murder came the day before Sherman was to appear in court for a divorce trial.
Crime Stoppers has joined in the search and is offering a $2,000 reward. Friends and family of Sherman have put together their own reward totaling $23,000.
Those closest to her say they're desperate to find her killer.
"We want to see justice for our friend. We can't rest until we know that someone is held responsible for this horrific crime," said Mary Feuery, a friend of Sherman.
Feuery says those who want to pledge contributions to the reward can contact her at 216-938-8228.
